A building brimming with character stands proudly in the heart of San Candido’s historic centre. Its red concrete facade whispers tales of the area’s past. The handcrafted terrazzo made from local stone, the fragrant, untreated wood, the decor and the architecture itself reflect the region’s deep-rooted traditions and centuries-old artisanal heritage.

Atto
The Rocca dei Baranci in view
In the seven holiday apartments at the top of the building, you can escape from it all while you dream up your next unforgettable mountain adventure. Relax on your private loggia and watch a natural light show play across the mighty Rocca dei Baranci rocks. Meanwhile, down on the terrace and in the restaurant, the region’s finest flavours find their way onto your plate. Farm-fresh meat and vegetables are prepared to perfection over a glowing wood-fired grill. Every ingredient is exquisitely combined, making for an extraordinary experience. All the more memorable after a day in the mountain air.
The Mühlhof cattle live in a stable that, like the Atto Suites themselves, was designed by Pedevilla Architects in Brunico. Good architecture, it seems, can only improve the quality of everything it shelters – even the meat. At least that’s what Stefan Mühlmann believes, whose broader vision guides this place toward a genuinely sustainable future.
