To mark the opening of Alto Pizza, we produced 100 Panda keyrings, limited edition. A little memento from a big night: courtyard aperitivo, vinyl spinning, pizza slices in hand – and our beloved 1984 GTV parked out front, trunk full of Montamont goodness.

Alto Pizza

Classy but new. Classic but cool. Quick, uncomplicated, made from the best ingredients.

Alto Pizza

Old soul,
fresh tomato.

Tucked right next to the grand old Parkhotel Mondschein, Alto Pizza has become our new favourite local spot. The setting couldn’t be better: the former Tiroler Stube, where gemütlichkeit and togetherness have been at home since 1320. Locals have always gathered here – in these wood-panelled rooms that have seen centuries of plates clatter and glasses clink.

Now they’re alive again. Voices, music, movement. Everyone has something sparkling in their glass and something good on their plate. Quick, uncomplicated, made from the best ingredients.

Beautiful pizzas are served indoors and out – on timeworn wooden benches and chairs with character – alongside antipasti and natural wine. Served where mountains and palms meet.

It’s about pizza, wine, and simply having a good time. A place for friends and families. For those who know it, those who love it, and those who just happen to stumble in.
The Mediterranean. The rustic. The best of North and South.

Alto Pizza

A long collaboration,
a small celebration.

Alto Pizza follows the same thoughtful concept the Dissertori brothers are known for – the minds behind Parkhotel Mondschein, Hotel Schwarzschmied, Villa Arnica and 1477 Reichhalter. Places with character. Old walls, new spirit. Interior design by Studio Biquadra.

We’ve been working with them for years through our brand design agency Bureau Rabensteiner, including the design of Alto Pizza itself. So when the doors opened, we kept it simple.

In our 1984 GTV: our publication Off to the Alps – Italy
On the table: 100 limited keyrings
In the oven: pizza
In the glass: something sparkling

No big speeches. Just people gathering. Because in the end, it’s not complicated. It’s a classic Italian dish, one that stands for joy, served in a room that has always been about exactly that.

Pizza, wine. And a trunk full of Montamont goodness.

Montamont Playlist

Press play. Let it linger.

For evenings that begin with pizza and end somewhere between a second bottle and old stories. A little Italian drama, a little disco, a touch of cinematic nostalgia. Grandezza, but relaxed. This is Bolzano with palms and porphyry.
